Turn to Allah in times of difficulty; Seek help through supplication; Have faith in His power; Ask Him with sincerity .

This hadith is about the power of supplication, or du'a, in healing physical ailments. It was narrated by 'Uthman bin Abul-'As Thaqafi that he came to the Prophet Muhammad and was suffering from a pain that was killing him. The Prophet then instructed him to put his right hand on the area of pain and recite a specific du'a seven times. After doing so, Allah healed him from his ailment. This hadith teaches us that we should always turn to Allah in times of difficulty and seek His help through supplication as He is All-Powerful and can heal us both physically and spiritually. We should also have faith in His power as He is capable of anything if we just ask Him with sincerity.
