QUICK LESSONS:
Put others before yourself when serving them.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith, narrated by Abu Qatadah, speaks of the virtue of selfless service. It teaches us that when we are serving others, such as providing them with water, we should do so humbly and without expecting anything in return. We should not put ourselves first but instead think of the needs of those around us before our own. This is a lesson in humility and selflessness that can be applied to all aspects of life; it is an important reminder that we must always strive to put others before ourselves.
