QUICK LESSONS:
Do not compare oneself with Prophets

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith teaches us that we should not compare ourselves to prophets, as they are better than us. The narrator of this hadith is Abdullah, and it specifically mentions the prophet Jonah. It is important for us to remember that the prophets were chosen by Allah and have a special status in Islam. We should never think that we can be on their level or even come close to it. Instead, we should strive for excellence in our own lives and try our best to follow their example of piety and righteousness.

We can learn from this hadith that humility is an important virtue in Islam, and one must always be humble when comparing themselves with others or with the prophets of Allah. We must also remember that Allah has given each person different abilities and talents; therefore, it would be wrong for us to compare ourselves with others or even with the prophets of Allah because everyone has been given different gifts from Him.
