QUICK LESSONS:
Offer sacrifice annually according to Islamic teachings .

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of offering sacrifices, known as Udhiyah and 'Atirah, every year. It was narrated by Mikhnaf bin Sulaim that the Prophet (ﷺ) was standing with them at Arafat when he said that each family must offer these sacrifices annually. These sacrifices are a way of expressing gratitude to Allah for His blessings, as well as a way of seeking forgiveness from Him for any wrongdoings. They are also an act of charity towards those in need, since the meat from these animals is usually distributed among family members, friends, neighbors and the poor. By offering these sacrifices annually we can show our commitment to Allah's commands and demonstrate our faith in Him.
