QUICK LESSONS:
Strive to be in a state of spiritual purity and recite this special prayer whenever we enter into such states
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith narrates an incident of the Prophet Muhammad's life where he was entering a state of ritual purity known as iḥrām and reciting a special prayer known as al-talbiya. This prayer is said by Muslims when they enter into a state of ritual purity for Hajj or Umrah. It is also said during other occasions such as when entering Makkah or Madinah. The Prophet Muhammad's example shows us that we should always strive to be in a state of spiritual purity and recite this special prayer whenever we enter into such states. We should also remember that our actions are being watched by Allah and strive to do our best in all situations.
