QUICK LESSONS:
Pray regularly

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the power of prayer and how it can lead to forgiveness. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said that whoever regularly prays two Rakah of Duha, their sins will be forgiven even if they are like the foam on the sea. The term ‘Duha’ refers to a type of supplication or prayer which is usually done in the morning after sunrise and before noon. This hadith teaches us that if we pray regularly, our sins will be forgiven no matter how big they are - even if they are as numerous as sea foam! We should take this lesson to heart and strive to make prayer a part of our daily routine so we can reap its rewards in this life and in the hereafter.
