QUICK LESSONS:
Celebrate joyous occasions while observing religious practices; Be mindful towards Allah’s teachings; Pray together in congregation during special occasions like Eid .

EXPLANATIONS:
On the day of 'Eid, Muslims celebrate and commemorate special occasions in their faith. As part of this celebration, it is customary for Muslims to pray together in congregation. This hadith tells us that the Prophet Muhammad did not perform an Adhan or Iqamah before his prayer on this day. An Adhan is a call to prayer that is made five times a day and an Iqamah is a second call to prayer that is made just before beginning prayers in congregation. This hadith teaches us that although we should still observe our religious practices even during special occasions like Eid, we should also be mindful not to overburden ourselves with too many rituals and customs as well.

The Prophet Muhammad's example shows us how we can still celebrate our faith while being mindful of our obligations towards Allah and His teachings at the same time. We can learn from this hadith how important it is for us as Muslims to balance between celebrating joyous occasions while still observing religious practices such as praying together in congregation without overburdening ourselves with too many rituals and customs associated with these celebrations.
