Praying on Time Despite Leaders' Distraction

SUMMARY: The Prophet ﷺ advised people to pray on time, even if the leaders are distracted and delay the prayer.

It was narrated from 'Ubadah bin Samit that the Prophet said: "There will be leaders who will be distracted by matters and they will delay the prayer until after its proper time. So make your prayer with them voluntary".

QUICK LESSONS:
Pray on time despite distractions from leaders

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of praying on time despite any distractions from leaders. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) advised people to make their prayer voluntary even if their leaders are distracted and delay it. He wanted to emphasize that we should not let anyone else's actions affect our own religious obligations. We should always strive to fulfill our duties as Muslims, no matter what other people do or say. It is important for us to remember that Allah will judge us based on our own actions, not those of others around us. We must be mindful of this when making decisions in life and ensure that we are doing what is right in His eyes, regardless of what anyone else may think or do.
