Respect those who are praying by not passing in front of them and instead waiting until they have finished their prayer before continuing on with whatever it was you were doing.

This hadith teaches us that passing in front of someone who is praying is a great sin. It was narrated from Busr bin Saeed that Zaid bin Khalid sent word to Abu Juhaim Al-Ansari asking him what he heard from the Prophet about this situation. Abu Juhaim Al-Ansari said he heard the Prophet saying that if anyone knew how great the sin involved when they passed in front of their brother who was performing prayer, then waiting for forty days, months or years would be better for them than doing so.
