Be humble and kind towards others; Offer assistance whenever possible; Appreciate those who offer their help; Accept assistance from anyone regardless of their status or position in life; Respect all people equally regardless of their social standing or wealth; Show gratitude for any form of assistance given by another person.

This hadith is about a woman named Umm 'Ayyash who was a slave to Ruqayya, daughter of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. She used to help him perform ablution when she was standing and he was sitting. This hadith teaches us that we should always be willing to help others in whatever way we can and that even small acts like helping someone with their ablutions can be greatly appreciated by Allah SWT. It also shows us how humble Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was as he accepted help from his own servant even though he could have easily done it himself. We should strive to emulate this example and always be willing to accept help from others no matter our status or position in life.
