QUICK LESSONS:
Be generous with your resources; Help those who are less fortunate than you; Treat others kindly regardless of their social status or wealth; Share what you have with others so everyone can benefit from it.
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks of the importance of sharing resources in Islam. It was narrated by Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Prophet Muhammad and his wives used to take a bath from a single vessel. This shows that even though they were wealthy enough to have separate vessels for bathing, they chose to share one instead. This teaches us that we should be generous with our resources and not be wasteful or selfish with them. We should also strive to help those who are less fortunate than us by sharing what we have with them so that everyone can benefit from it. Furthermore, this hadith also serves as an example of how Muslims should treat each other; with kindness and respect regardless of their social status or wealth.
