EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith discusses the etiquette of using a toilet, as narrated by Ibn 'Umar and Abu Hurairah. According to this hadith, when in a constructed toilet, one can turn in any direction they want as there is no qiblah inside it. However, when in the desert, one should not face or turn their back towards the qiblah. This teaches us that we must be mindful of our actions even when we are alone and that we must respect Allah's house at all times.
