QUICK LESSONS:
Praise & thank Allah sincerely & from heart
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of praising and thanking Allah for His blessings. It is narrated by Rabi'ah bin Ka'b Al-Aslami, who used to spend nights at the door of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ so he could give him water for wudu'. He would hear the Prophet ﷺ saying “Allah hears the one who praises Him” and “All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all that exists” for a long period in the night. This hadith teaches us that we should always be grateful to our Creator and thank Him for His blessings by praising Him with words like “Alhamdulillah” or “Subhanallah”. We should also remember that He hears us when we do this, so it is important to make sure our words are sincere and from our hearts.
