EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the power of patience and self-control. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that a man came to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and asked him for advice on how to live his life. The Prophet replied with one simple phrase - "Do not get angry". He repeated this phrase multiple times in response to the man's request, emphasizing its importance. This hadith teaches us that we should strive to remain patient and in control of our emotions at all times. We should take time out when we feel ourselves getting angry or frustrated so that we can think clearly before responding or taking any action. By doing this, we can avoid making decisions or saying things that may be regretted later on. Additionally, it also teaches us the importance of seeking knowledge from those who are wiser than us and following their advice in order to lead better lives.
