Jami at-Tirmidhi 1669 (Book 22, Hadith 52) #27283
The Reward of Faith and Good Deeds

SUMMARY: Doing good deeds and having faith in Allah will be rewarded.

Narrated Abu Umamah: That the Prophet said: "There is nothing more beloved to Allah than two drops and two traces: A teardrop shed out of fear of Allah, and a drop of blood shed in Allah's cause. As for the two traces: A trace resulting in Allah's cause, and and a trace resulting from one of the duties that Allah made obligatory". Abu 'Eisa said: This Hadith is Hasan Gharib.
