Fast three days each month; Do good deeds; Be generous towards others; Strive for righteousness; Worship God Almighty

This hadith, narrated by Abu Dharr, speaks about the rewards of fasting. It states that whoever fasts three days in every month is similar to fasting every day. Furthermore, Allah rewards those who do good deeds with ten times the like thereof. This means that if someone does a good deed, they will be rewarded for it multiple times over.
