QUICK LESSONS:
Follow Allah's commands even if you don't understand why He has asked you do something a certain way; Strive towards doing your best in all aspects of life so that you can be rewarded by Allah on Judgment Day; Fast with sighting crescent moon; Break your fast with its sighting; Complete thirty days if unable to see it due weather or other conditions .

EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad advised Muslims not to start fasting before the month of Ramadan begins. He also instructed them to begin fasting when they sight the crescent moon that marks the beginning of the month and break their fast when they sight it again at the end of each day during this holy month. If for some reason, they are unable to see it due to weather or other conditions, then they should complete thirty days of fasting in order for their worship during this time period to be accepted by Allah. This hadith teaches us about patience and perseverance in our faith as well as how important it is for us as Muslims to follow Allah's commands even if we don't understand why He has asked us do something a certain way. It also reminds us that we must always strive towards doing our best in all aspects of life so that we can be rewarded by Allah on Judgment Day.
