Be generous with others; Make agreements that are beneficial for both parties involved; Share resources with those who are less fortunate than you; Strive to make fair deals; Respect other people's rights; Treat everyone equally regardless their background or religion

This hadith is about the Prophet Muhammad's agreement with the Jews of Khaibar. He gave them a piece of land to cultivate and work on, in exchange for half of its yield. This agreement was made as an act of kindness and generosity towards the Jews, as it allowed them to benefit from their own hard work. It also teaches us that we should be generous with others and share our resources with those who are less fortunate than us. Furthermore, it teaches us that we should always strive to make agreements that are beneficial for both parties involved. We should not take advantage or exploit others in any way when making agreements or deals.
