Respect all people regardless of gender; Treat everyone equally with kindness and respect; Follow Quran verse 60 10-12; Say "I accept your pledge" when accepting a woman's pledge

The hadith narrated by 'Urwa explains how the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ accepted the pledge of allegiance from women without physically touching them. This is in accordance with verse 60:10-12 in the Quran which states that when believing women come to you as emigrants, they should be tested and if they agree to certain conditions then their pledge should be accepted. The Prophet ﷺ was very mindful and respectful of his female companions and never shook hands with them while taking their pledges. He only said that he has accepted their pledges but did not take any physical contact with them. This teaches us to respect all people regardless of gender and treat everyone equally with kindness and respect.
