SUMMARY: Taking responsibility of an orphan will lead to Paradise.

Sahl (b. Sa’d) reported the prophet (May peace be upon him) as saying; I and the one who takes the responsibility of an orphan will be in Paradise thus, and he joined his middle finger and forefinger.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of taking responsibility for orphans. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that he and anyone who takes care of an orphan will be in paradise together, and he demonstrated this by joining his middle finger and forefinger together. This hadith teaches us that taking care of orphans is a noble act, one which Allah rewards greatly with entry into paradise. It also shows us how important it is to take responsibility for those who are less fortunate than ourselves, as they may not have anyone else to look after them or provide them with the basic necessities they need in life. We should strive to help those in need whenever we can, as it is a great way to earn Allah's pleasure and reward in the hereafter.
