Seek refuge in Allah when faced with fear or danger .

This hadith is about how to protect oneself from harm. It was narrated by Abu Qatadah, who said that he heard the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ say that a good vision comes from Allah, while a dream comes from the devil. If someone sees something they dislike, they should spit on their left three times and seek refuge in Allah from its evil. This will then protect them from any harm it may cause. The hadith teaches us to turn to Allah for protection when we are faced with something we do not like or fear, as He is our only source of true protection and safety.
