EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of humility. It was narrated by Iyad ibn Himar, who was known as al-Mujashi’i. The Prophet Muhammad said that Allah has revealed to him that people should be humble so that no one oppresses another or boasts over another. Being humble means having a modest opinion of oneself and not thinking too highly of oneself. It also means being respectful towards others and not looking down on them or treating them badly because they are different from you in some way. Oppressing someone means treating them unfairly, taking advantage of their weaknesses, or using your power to make them do something they don’t want to do. Boasting is when someone talks about themselves in an exaggerated way in order to make themselves look better than other people around them. This hadith teaches us the importance of being humble and respecting others, as well as avoiding oppression and boasting which can lead to negative consequences for everyone involved.
