QUICK LESSONS:
Respect others' honour and avoid exploitation for personal gain .
EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith warns against speaking ill about another Muslim's honour. It is considered to be the most common form of usury and should be avoided at all costs. Usury is an act that goes against Islamic teachings and values; it involves taking advantage or exploiting someone else for personal gain. In this case, it would involve using words to hurt another person's reputation or character in order to benefit oneself. This hadith teaches us that we should always strive to protect each other's honour and respect one another regardless of our differences. We should not use words as a weapon but instead use them to build bridges between people and create understanding between different communities.
