Permissibility of Umra

SUMMARY: Umra is permissible according to the Prophet.

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Umra is permissible". Ata said, "Jabir narrated the same to me from the Prophet".
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي النَّضْرُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ قَالَ ‏ "‏ الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ ‏"‏‏.‏ وَقَالَ عَطَاءٌ حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرٌ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ نَحْوَهُ‏.‏
