Permissibility of 'Umra

SUMMARY: The Prophet (ﷺ) gave the verdict that 'Umra is permissible for those who are presented with it.

Narrated Jabir: The Prophet gave the verdict that 'Umra is for the one to whom it is presented.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ قَضَى النَّبِيُّ بِالْعُمْرَى أَنَّهَا لِمَنْ وُهِبَتْ لَهُ‏.‏

This hadith is about the permissibility of 'Umra, which is a pilgrimage to Mecca.
