Be forgiving towards others when they make mistakes due to circumstances beyond their control; Strive to help those who need it so that we can prevent such situations from occurring in the first place;

This hadith talks about how the actions of certain people are not recorded. According to Prophet Muhammad, these people include those who have gone mad or become lunatics, those who are asleep, and boys until they reach puberty. This means that if someone does something wrong while in one of these states then it will not be held against them as their minds were not in control at the time.
