QUICK LESSONS:
Obey Allah's commands , Follow Islamic teachings when making decisions or facing difficult situations .

EXPLANATIONS:
On the day of Khaybar, a battle between Muslims and Jews in 629 CE, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) allowed his followers to slaughter horses, mules and asses. However, he forbade them from consuming mules and asses. This hadith teaches us that it is permissible to consume horse meat as long as it is slaughtered according to Islamic law. It also teaches us that we should not consume certain animals such as mules and asses even if they are slaughtered according to Islamic law. This hadith also serves as an example for us on how we should act in accordance with Islamic teachings when faced with difficult situations or decisions. We should always strive to make decisions that are in line with what Allah has commanded us through His Messenger Muhammad (PBUH).
