QUICK LESSONS:
Remain impartial while judging people; Make decisions based on facts; Treat everyone equally regardless of their social status, race, gender or religion; Ensure justice prevails over all else when making decisions as a judge.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith is about the importance of fairness and justice when it comes to judging people. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that a judge who is not impartial has been killed without a knife, meaning that he has been killed spiritually by his own actions. It is important for judges to remain unbiased and make decisions based on facts rather than personal opinions or feelings. Judges must also ensure that everyone involved in the case receives equal treatment regardless of their social status, race, gender, or religion. This hadith teaches us that justice must prevail over all else when it comes to making decisions as a judge.
