QUICK LESSONS:
Enter into a life tenancy agreement if beneficial for both parties involved

EXPLANATIONS:
According to the hadith narrated by Abu Hurairah, life tenancy is permissible. This means that it is allowed and not prohibited in Islam. The Prophet Muhammad has given permission for people to enter into a life tenancy agreement, which involves one party renting out property from another party for a period of time that lasts until the death of either party involved in the agreement. This type of agreement can be beneficial for both parties as it allows them to have more control over their property and how it is used during their lifetime. It also provides security and stability for both parties involved in the agreement as they know that their rights will be respected until either one passes away. The Prophet Muhammad's permission on this matter shows us that he was aware of how important it was for people to have control over their own property and how they use it, even after they are gone.
