Gift Giving with Husband's Permission

SUMMARY: A woman should not give a gift from her husband's property without his permission.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-'As: The Prophet said: It is not permissible for a woman to present a gift (from her husband's property) except with the permission of her husband.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحَارِثِ - حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ ‏ "‏ لاَ يَجُوزُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ عَطِيَّةٌ إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِ زَوْجِهَا
