Strive to fulfill any commands given by our beloved prophet (ﷺ) . Take responsibility for your actions . Take initiative and appoint people who can carry out tasks efficiently when needed .

This hadith is about the importance of fulfilling commands given by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. In this hadith, Uqbah ibn Malik narrates that he gave a sword to a man from among those sent out in a detachment by the Prophet ﷺ. When he returned, he reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ rebuked them for not appointing someone who would fulfill his command when one failed to do so. This hadith teaches us that we should always strive to fulfill any commands given by our beloved prophet ﷺ and if we are unable to do so, then we should appoint someone else who can do it instead. It also teaches us that we should be mindful of our actions and take responsibility for them as well as ensure that they are done properly.
