EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith by Abu Hurairah explains that there are five creatures which are lawfully allowed to be killed in a sacred territory. These creatures include snakes, scorpions, kites, rats and biting dogs. This hadith teaches us that it is permissible to kill these animals if they pose a threat or danger to humans or other animals. It also teaches us the importance of respecting and protecting the sanctity of a sacred place.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that we should not take life lightly and should only do so when absolutely necessary for our safety or for the safety of others around us. We must also respect and protect places which have been deemed as holy by God Almighty as they are special places where we can seek refuge from worldly matters and connect with our Creator more deeply.
