Pay attention during sermons; Respect those leading prayer/sermons; Follow instructions given by leaders; Show appreciation for responsibility given by Allah SWT

This hadith, narrated by Anas ibn Malik, speaks about a prohibition that was set by the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. On Fridays, when the Imam is delivering his sermon, it is forbidden to sit in a certain way. This way of sitting involves erecting one's feet and sticking them to their stomach while holding them with their hands. It is important to note that this prohibition applies only during the sermon and not at any other time during Friday prayers or otherwise. This hadith teaches us that we should be mindful of our actions and behavior even in places of worship as it can be distracting for others who are trying to listen attentively to what is being said.
