Prostration with Both Hands

SUMMARY: When prostrating, one should put both hands on the ground as well as their face.

Narrated Abdullah ibn Umar: The Prophet said: Both hands prostrate as the face prostrates. When one of you puts his face (on the ground) he should put his hands too (on the ground). And when he raises it, he should raise them too.

QUICK LESSONS:
Put both hands and face on the ground during prostration
EXPLANATIONS:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us that when we are in a state of prostration, we should place our hands on the ground just like our face. This is an important part of prayer and worship to Allah SWT. It is important to remember that when we raise our head from prostration, we should also raise our hands at the same time. This hadith teaches us about humility and submission to Allah SWT in prayer and worship.
