Ask for forgiveness from God , Pray regularly with sincerity .

This hadith is about the importance of asking for forgiveness from Allah. It was narrated by Abu Hurairah that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) used to say when prostrating himself in prayer "O Allah! Forgive me all my sins, small and great, first and last". The narrator Ibn al-sarh added "open and secret". This hadith teaches us that we should always ask for forgiveness from Allah no matter how big or small our sins are. We should also be aware that even if our sins are hidden or secret, we must still seek repentance from them as well. It is important to remember that only through sincere repentance can one truly be forgiven by God. Furthermore, this hadith also emphasizes the importance of prayer as it was said while prostrating in prayer. Prayer is a way of connecting with God and seeking His mercy which is why it is so important to make sure we pray regularly with sincerity in order to receive His blessings.
