Pray regularly with mindfulness and respect for God's words; Make duas whenever you come across a verse speaking about mercy; Seek refuge from verses speaking about punishment; Recite many surahs one after another while praying.

The hadith narrated by Awf ibn Malik al-Ashja’i speaks about the importance of reciting the Qur’an during prayer. When praying, it is important to pause and make supplications when coming across verses that speak of mercy, as well as seek refuge in Allah from verses that speak of punishment. This hadith also mentions that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) would recite many surahs one after another while praying. This shows us how important it is to recite the Qur'an during our prayers, as it was something practiced by our beloved Prophet Muhammad himself. It also teaches us to be mindful and take time out for supplications whenever we come across a verse speaking about mercy or punishment while reading or reciting the Qur'an.
