Sunan Abi Dawud 752 (Book 2, Hadith 362) #21043
Raising Hands in Prayer

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) did not raise his hands until he finished prayer.

Narrated Al-Bara' ibn Azib: I saw that the Messenger of Allah raised his hands when he began prayer, but he did not raise them until he finished (prayer). Abu Dawud said: This tradition is not sound.
