This hadith is about a tradition that was narrated by multiple narrators including Sufyan ibn Uyaynah ath-Thawri. Abu Dawud then reported this version which included this phrase but other narrators such as Hushaim, Khalid and Ibn Idris didn't mention it in their versions.
