Be mindful and aware of your environment; Take care not to get too comfortable with worldly pleasures; Strive for balance between worldly pleasures and spiritual matters; Wait until temperatures become cooler before offering prayers.

This hadith was narrated by Abu Dharr and it speaks about the importance of praying in cooler temperatures. The Prophet (ﷺ) advised that when the heat is too intense, it is a sign of the intensity of hell and so we should wait until it becomes cooler before offering our prayers. This hadith teaches us to be mindful and aware of our environment and how we can use this knowledge to better ourselves spiritually.
