QUICK LESSONS:
Respect for prayer, mindfulness during worship, taking one's time while praying.

EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of prayer in Islam and how it should be done. It was narrated by Abdullah ibn Mas'ud that when the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prayed, his shadow would be between three to five feet in summer and five to seven feet in winter. This shows us that he was very mindful of his posture during prayer and made sure he was standing upright with a proper distance between himself and those around him. It also teaches us that we should take our time while praying, as it is an important part of our faith. We should make sure we are standing properly, not too close or too far away from others, so that we can focus on our prayers without any distractions.
