Forbidden Foods in Islam

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) forbade the consumption of certain types of food.

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that : The Messenger of Allah SAW forbade Al-Muzaffat and squashes.
أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالْقَرْعِ
