QUICK LESSONS:
Be mindful when consuming food and avoid wasting resources. Take care of your health by eating fresh and healthy foods only.

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ibn 'Abbas states that the Prophet Muhammad forbade soaking fruits in earthenware jars. This prohibition is likely due to the fact that earthenware jars are not airtight and can cause the fruit to spoil quickly, leading to a waste of food. Additionally, it is possible that this prohibition was meant to prevent people from consuming spoiled or rotten fruit, which could be harmful for their health. This hadith teaches us about being mindful of our food consumption and avoiding wastefulness with regards to our resources. It also serves as a reminder of how important it is for us to take care of our health by only consuming fresh and healthy foods.
