Forbidden Adornments

SUMMARY: The Prophet (SAW) forbade 'Ali from wearing gold rings and red Al-Miyathir.

It was narrated that 'Ali said: "The Prophet SAW forbade me to wear gold rings, and Al-Qassi, red Al-Miyathir".
أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ هُبَيْرَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ عَنْ خَاتَمِ الذَّهَبِ وَعَنِ الْقَسِّيِّ وَعَنِ الْمَيَاثِرِ الْحُمْرِ
