Sunan an-Nasai 4851 (Book 45, Hadith 146) #19384
Equality of All People

SUMMARY: The Prophet (PBUH) was delivering a sermon while leaning against the Ka'bah and said that all people are equal.

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah said in his khutbah, while he was leaning with his back against the Ka'bah: "The fingers are the same".
أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، وَابْنُ، جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ وَهُوَ مُسْنِدٌ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ ‏ "‏ الأَصَابِعُ سَوَاءٌ

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was delivering a sermon while leaning against the Ka'bah and said that all people are equal, just like fingers on a hand. He was emphasizing that no one should be treated differently or discriminated against because of their race, gender, religion or any other factor. Everyone should be treated with respect and kindness regardless of who they are or what they believe in. This hadith teaches us to treat everyone equally and to not judge others based on our own biases or prejudices.
