EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith explains that no one is responsible for the sins of another. It was narrated by Tha'labah bin Zahdam, who said that some people from Banu Tha'labah came to the Prophet Muhammad when he was delivering a speech and a man said; "O Messenger of Allah, these are Banu Tha'labah bin Yarbu', who killed so and so" - one of the Companions of the Prophet. The Prophet responded by saying "No soul is affected by the sin of another." This hadith teaches us that we should not blame or hold someone accountable for something they did not do. Everyone has their own responsibility and accountability before God, and no one can be held responsible for someone else's actions or mistakes. We must take responsibility for our own actions and strive to do good deeds in order to please God.
