EXPLANATIONS:
This hadith speaks about the importance of repaying debts. The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught that if someone can afford to repay their debt, they should do so in a timely manner. If they are unable to pay back the debt on time, then it is permissible for them to delay repayment and their honor and punishment will be protected. This hadith teaches us that we should be responsible with our finances and not take on more than we can handle. We should also strive to pay back any debts we have as soon as possible in order to maintain our honor and avoid punishment from Allah SWT.
