Slaughtering Sacrificial Animals

SUMMARY: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) slaughtered some of his sacrificial animals with his own hand, and someone else slaughtered some of them.

It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that: the Messenger of Allah slaughtered some of his sacrificial animals with his won hand, and someone else slaughtered some of them. (Sahih )
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ، قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ نَحَرَ بَعْضَ بُدْنِهِ بِيَدِهِ وَنَحَرَ بَعْضَهَا غَيْرُهُ

EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Jabir bin 'Abdullah tells us that the Prophet Muhammad PBUH sacrificed some of his animals with his own hands, while someone else sacrificed the rest. This hadith teaches us that it is important to be generous and kind to others, as well as to take part in activities ourselves. It also shows us that we should not be afraid to do things on our own if we are capable of doing so. We can learn from this hadith that it is important for us to help others when they need it and not just rely on them for everything. Additionally, this hadith encourages us to take initiative in our lives and not wait for someone else to do something before we act.
