Respect others' opinions .

This hadith narrates an incident in which Asma and her companions slaughtered a horse during the time of Prophet Muhammad and ate its meat. Qutaibah mentioned that they ate its meat while 'Abdah bin Sulaiman contradicted him. This hadith shows us that it was permissible to eat horse meat during the time of Prophet Muhammad as long as it was slaughtered according to Islamic laws. It also teaches us to be respectful towards other people's opinions even if we disagree with them, just like how 'Abdah bin Sulaiman disagreed with Qutaibah but still respected his opinion without any argument or dispute.
