Rights of Guests and Wives, Fasting Habits of Prophet David

SUMMARY: This hadith explains the rights of a guest and wife, as well as the fasting habits of Prophet David.

Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Amr bin Al-'As: "Once Allah's Messenger came to me," and then he narrated the whole narration, ie your guest has a right on you, and your wife has a right on you. I then asked about the fasting of David. The Prophet replied, "Half of the year," (ie he used to fast on every alternate day).
