QUICK LESSONS:
Take care when selecting sacrificial animals according to Islamic teachings.
EXPLANATIONS:
The hadith narrated by Ali and Sa'eed bin Al_Musayyab states that the Prophet Muhammad forbade sacrificing an animal with a broken horn. This means that if an animal has a broken horn, it cannot be sacrificed as part of religious rituals such as Qurbani or Udhiyah. However, if half or more of the horn is missing, then it can be sacrificed. This hadith teaches us to take care when selecting animals for sacrifice and to ensure that they are healthy and fit for sacrifice according to Islamic teachings.
